Due to the hygienic nature of our tanning products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. Self-tanning products are personal care items, and for safety and quality assurance reasons they cannot be resold once they have left our control.

However, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or in an unacceptable condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Once reviewed, we will assess the situation and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damages reported after this timeframe.

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests if the product has been used, tampered with, or if the issue does not relate to damage or fault during delivery.
